The paperwork
Know who is missing what, without asking
Set what your club requires — a waiver here, a birth certificate there, a medical form for the season — and cleatbox tracks it per child, per team and per season. Only the things that are genuinely required and genuinely missing turn red, so the list means something. Renewals roll over with the season instead of being re-collected from scratch every spring.

Youth sport does not fit a tidy data model: a parent has two children in different age groups, one of them plays up, and a grandparent does half the pickups. cleatbox was built for that from the first day rather than patched for it later — one sign-in, everything that person is actually part of.

Does this replace GameChanger?
No, and it is not trying to. Keep scoring where you already score. cleatbox runs everything around the game — the roster, the schedule, the messages, the paperwork, the photos.
Can a parent with children on different teams use one account?
Yes. One sign-in shows every child they are responsible for, across teams and across clubs, with the right schedule and the right messages for each.
Is our families' information safe?
Each club's data is walled off from every other club's in the database itself, not merely in the app. Children's names, birthdates and documents never appear in a notification, an error report or an analytics payload. Backups run daily and weekly.
What does it cost?
One flat price for the club, stepping up with how many teams you run — no per-player arithmetic that changes every time a roster does. The pricing page has the tiers and what is included in them.
